There is a oneness about ALL that none can comprehend- just speak it. We are one with God, one with each other, one with the very substance that makes all things, and one with space that seemingly holds nothing but that which holds and IS ALL. These can just be words without meaning, unless we quiet ourselves and listen. Meditate. Contemplate- what IS.Our planet is in the process of transforming itself!
Could it be that what 2012 is all about is the unveiling of a new consciousness and thus a new earth? Terrence McKenna wrote, "Our earth is at a critical juncture, and to the degree that we can widen our mental screens to admit the ever-larger context in which our lives and our civilizations exist, we appreciatively participate in a great leap forward in the revelation of the Tao."
In many ways man is a mirror of the macrocosm. And it's not looking good.
We are a part of Gaia. Gaia is an ecological hypothesis that proposes that the biosphere and the physical components of the Earth (atmosphere, cryosphere, hydrosphere and lithosphere) are coupled together to form a complex interacting system to which we are linked. Our very existence is predicated on this planet that we inhabit being well, nourished, and sustained.
There is an awakening now on the table (global warming), but there's a larger consciousness on the horizon (2012). How we enter in and how deeply we go will determine much of what life will be like four years from now. While the Mayans set the winter solstice of 2012 as the exact date of the beginning of a new earth (December 21, 2012), it's what the next 1,800+ days produes that determines so much of the outcome.
Will a new world be born in 2012?
Yes, and one can sense, see, and read about the labor pains that she is going through right now. Hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, and CAT 5 this and that are just precursors to the real deal. It will take great courage and a new consciousness to navigate the enxt four plus years.
